Operations Manager
We're looking for an organised, people-first generalist to keep the team running and growing. You'll own hiring pipelines, coordinate team events and culture, manage project scheduling and delivery planning, and drive outbound outreach to prospective clients. This is a hands-on role in a small team - you'll have real ownership across the business from day one.
What we're looking for
- -Experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar generalist role
- -Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- -Strong written communication - you'll be writing outreach and coordinating with clients
- -People-oriented - you care about team culture and hiring well
- -Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment
- -Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Jira, or similar)
Junior Full Stack Engineer
We're looking for a recent graduate who has been able to gain experience in web development.
What we're looking for
- -1+ years of full stack experience
- -Degree in Computer Science or similar area

Full Stack Engineer
We're looking for a senior engineer comfortable across the full stack - Next.js/React, SQL database, front- and backend setup, cloud infrastructure. You should be able to own an engagement from architecture through to delivery.
What we're looking for
- -3+ years of full stack experience
- -Strong TypeScript / Node.js
- -Experience with BaaS (Supabase or Firebase) and cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure)
- -Self-directed - you don't need constant direction
- -Comfortable communicating technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
