Paste any email to analyse or rewrite it in Formal, Friendly, or Persuasive style. Recent analyses are saved to history.
Role-based access
Super Admins see everything. Leaders see their own groups. Users see their profile. Sensitive data is redacted before AI processing.
Microsoft Graph integration
Webhooks capture emails directly via the Graph API - no forwarding rules or client-side plugins required.
Outlook add-in
A companion Outlook add-in lets individuals analyse their own drafts inline, before sending.

Connect Microsoft 365
Register an Azure AD app, point Graph webhooks at the platform, and select the users or groups to monitor.

Emails are captured
Incoming emails are received via webhook, stripped of sensitive data, and queued for analysis.

GPT-4o scores each email
Grammar, spelling, tone, and clarity are scored 1-10. An email passes if grammar and spelling are 10, tone and clarity are 7+.
