The Challenge

The client is an international security technology company with stakeholders across the US, UK, France, and Germany. They had recently merged multiple companies into one, resulting in the need of a single, cohesive corporate web presence with regions and languages, delivered within a few months and fully manageable by non-technical staff long after handover.

Our Solution

Before writing a line of code, we ran a structured technology evaluation - weighing headless CMS options (Sanity, Strapi, Payload) against no-code builders (Framer, Webflow) and a fully custom build, measured against the client's actual requirements. That research shaped every architectural decision that followed.

We landed on Sanity and Next.js for their combination of performance, developer experience, and editorial flexibility. From there, we worked alongside a Figma design team to translate their designs into a fully responsive application deployed on Vercel. Every page is assembled from a library of around 130 block components, giving editors the freedom to compose and publish content without ever touching code.

Alongside the core build, we implemented internationalization, geo-detection, and legacy URL redirects - ensuring a smooth experience for users regardless of region or how they arrived.

Performance was a first-class requirement. The site runs ISR with webhook-driven revalidation, so every page stays fast and reflects published changes immediately - no full rebuilds required.

Prior to launch, we wrote migration scripts to import the client's existing blog posts and case studies into Sanity, preserving their content history cleanly. With 10,000+ monthly visitors, reliability was equally of high importance; live observability is handled through Sentry, Datadog, and UptimeRobot.

Handover was treated as its own deliverable. We ran structured live training sessions so staff across all regions could operate the platform independently from day one, supported by a full handover document and presentation.

Throughout the project, collaboration extended well beyond the core client relationship - we worked closely with the SEO team, designers, analytics team, and C-level stakeholders to ensure every dimension of the site was aligned and launch-ready.

Outcomes

  • Creation of an entire multi-national, corporate website from scratch - four regions, five languages, on 40+ pages built with 129 blocks
  • Import and preservation of existing content
  • 100% uptime with 10.000+ visitors per month (as of writing this case study)
  • Google Lighthouse increased to 95% performance (on handover of the site)
