The Challenge
The client had no web presence and no centralised platform to manage SIM cards or monitor connectivity across 150+ field sites. Tracking data usage, SIM status, and site uptime required manual coordination with their cellular provider - with no single source of truth and no way to segment or control team access.
Our Solution
We built a landing page as the client’s first public web presence, and a full-stack connectivity operations dashboard. The platform integrates directly with the client’s cellular network provider via an API - exposing SIM lifecycle management, real-time usage and budget tracking, and per-SIM session data. An interactive cluster map gives geographic visibility across all sites, and a ping system tracks uptime per location. Client group segmentation, role-based permissions, and invite-based user onboarding allow the client to manage their own team without manual handoffs.
